Regulations for Copyright Infringement Claim

By reporting the selected material (audio/video/print) on MOVIFLEX, I state that -

  1. 1. I believe, to the best of my knowledge and faith, that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law on MOVIFLEX.

  2. 2. I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner whose exclusive right is allegedly infringed.

  3. 3. I am in possession of the document (hardcopy or softcopy) and/or materials as proof for backing up my claim and am willing to produce them as and when asked by MOVIFLEX.

  4. 4. I understand that abuse of this tool will result in termination of my MOVIFLEX account and/or am liable for legal action by MOVIFLEX and/or the uploader of the material as well.

  5. 5. After reporting unjust usages of the material, MOVIFLEX may take 3-4 working days for removing the content. Afterward, a cross-verification of my claim shall be taken up by MOVIFLEX in which I shall volunteer to help them within the given deadline(s) failing to which shall automatically revoke my claim and they may put the material back online.

By typing my full name in the box, I give my digital signature and promise to abide by the aforementioned rules.

* Any or all legal claim(s) shall be exclusively entertained, tried and disposed of by Mumbai (Maharashtra) court only.
